• All bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply.
• Win Bangla reserves the right to refund bets if a match is cancelled or abandoned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Win Bangla reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary across different matches and markets. Win Bangla reserves the right to set bet limits at any time.
• Placing bets after the outcome of an event is known (post-event betting) is strictly prohibited.

Payment Policy & Deposit Terms

The following rules apply to all deposits made on Win Bangla:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit is ৳500. In most cases, deposits are credited instantly.
• Approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported.
• Win Bangla reserves the right to reject and return any deposit made through a third party.
• Using Win Bangla for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Win Bangla offers a range of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be observed:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The required rollover must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• This bonus is for new members only — those who have never previously held an account with Win Bangla.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward the rollover requirement.
• If the rollover is not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Win Bangla:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing is typically completed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Win Bangla does not charge any withdrawal fees.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win Bangla and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Using bots, automation software, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Using Win Bangla for money laundering or any other financial crimes.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Unauthorized use of Win Bangla's brand, logo, or any other assets.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Win Bangla reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Failure to submit required KYC documents in a timely manner.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Court orders or directives from law enforcement authorities.

Win Bangla will endeavor to notify you before any account termination where possible. However, in cases of serious violations, an account may be terminated without prior notice.
